2016

•  SKLOPAN LIBEREC, a.s. celebrated 25 years of market presence. Two assembly lines for Denso Liberec were the most important projects of the year. The company has supplied a number of equipment for the front-end Škoda-Auto assembly. Technological equipment for ceiling panel makers - IACG, Grupo Antolin were delivered.. The control systems for ceiling panels for stiffness measurement, for measuring windscreens were delivered. The budget in the area of control, measuring and positioning products was fulfilled. We have managed to enter into a new industry by contracting to a sanitary ceramics producer. Revenues for own outputs and goods in total: CZK 62.431 thousand  Kč. Total number of employees per company: 60 persons

2015

• The MFA II assembly line for Denso Manufacturing was produced and handed over. Projects for ŠKODA-AUTO were successfully implemented in the area of car assembling. We have delivered adhesive tables to AGC Chudeřice and applied there optical systems.In the Škoda Auto Kvasina plant, we have installed another assembly manipulator for the front-end of the SUV line and pre-fitting front-wheelchairs. A recertification ISO audit was performed with a successful result. The company signed the Regional Strategic Arrangement (RSD) for the Liberec Region for the glass industry. The RSD was concluded to ensure the co-ordination of stakeholder activities in the education and work market. Total revenues for goods and goods (D20, D21): CZK 116.3 million. Total number of employees per company: 66 persons 

2014

• At the end of 2014, the first part of the line, providing dry cleaning, was put into operation for SPL SERVIS customer. An air conditioning assembly line for DENSO Manufacturing was produced and delivered. Cooperation with new customers has begun. The frontal windscreen assembly and control line was supplied to Carlex Luxembourg. A significant part of the production of the company was the production of control, measuring and assembly tools for our long lasting customers - eg AGC, Saint Gobain, Carlex, but also new customers such as DENSO Air. A recertification ISO audit was performed with a successful result. The company participated in the Glasstec exhibition in Düsseldorf. The company received a subsidy from the Liberec Region for the purchase of software for the Siemens S7-300 control system of CZK 84,000. Revenues for total outputs and goods (D20, D21): CZK 149,805 thousand. Total number of employees per company: 66 persons 

 2013

• The new bottle glass recycling line for ENVY RECYCLING s.r.o. was the biggest and the most important project of the year. This project was completed and properly handed over to the customer in 2013. A recertification ISO audit was performed with a successful result. The company participated in a conference on aluminum soldering in Düsseldorf. There was a workshop on the basis of which we obtained orders for precise measuring tools for the automotive industry. We had tried to make orders of this type in the past, but our machine fleet technology did not allow us to deliver these products in the 100% quality required by the customer.Revenues for total outputs and goods (D20, D21): CZK 173,345 thousand. Total number of employees per company: 84 persons.

2012

 

• The new packaging recycling line and the modification of the existing flat glass line for SPL Recycling a.s. In Chudeřice was the biggest and the most important project of the year.This project was fully operational, completed and properly handed over to the customer in 2012. The company achieved historical results as a result of the implementation of the recycling line and other important projects for Škoda Auto, Valeo, IACG,etc.A recertification ISO audit was performed with a successful result. The company participated in the Aluminum Soldering Conference and the Glasstec Glass Processing Exhibition in Düsseldorf. Obtaining an innovation grant to buy a new CNC machine with high precision and efficiency. DMF 260 / 11linear from DMG / Mori Seiki was selected. The machine was acquired, installed and successfully commissioned. In 2012, the decision of the sole shareholder of the Company dated 22 December 2011 to increase the registered capital from the amount of CZK 41,670 thousand was recorded in the Commercial Register. CZK 66,670 thousand - entered - Patent - long-term intangible assets. Total revenues (D20, D21): 187,495 thousand CZK. Total number of employees per company: 78 persons 

2011

• Turn of the year 2010 - 2011 - implementation of the new version of the K2 control system. We acquired new projects for SKODA AUTO, Inc. in Mladá Boleslav, we delivered several high quality projects to prominent customers - Denso, Benteler, Inteva, Grupo Antolin, IACG, etc., the largest project we worked on was complete assembly technology for BMW series L7 headrests for the customer nectec Automative. We received contracts for Tiberina Company, followed then by Securit Saint Gobain Company for the production of scale models. We initiated production of a recycling line in Russia (Moscow, Klin region). We celebrated the 20th anniversary of SKLOPAN LIBEREC, a.s. We kept our Quality Management System certification according to standard ISO 9001:2008. Eng. Jaroslav Pechar was registered as a new member of the Board of Directors on 21.11.2011, the record in the Commercial Register for signing documentation on behalf of the company was revised on 12.12.2011. The SPL-Group Company was established. SKLOPAN LIBEREC Company, a.s. changed its business logo. The company purchased the "Sheet glass surface treatment method" patent for applying this method, which is recorded in the database of patents, administered by the Industrial Property Office. A decision was made to increase the authorized share capital of the company to 66,670 thousand CZK. Total sales (D20, D21): 129,173 thousand CZK, 56 employees.

2010

• At the break of the year 2009 and 2010 the division 17 (dolomite), division 18 (siding), division 11 (real estates) and division 19 (tooling) were sold to the companies SPL SERVIS s.r.o., SPL TOOS s.r.o. and SPL Real s.r.o.; attendance at the exhibition Glasstec, Düsseldorf, Germany; yet deepening cooperation with the company DENSO (the Mercedes and Yaris lines), Benteler in the area of gauges and IACG (the AUDI CZ line); we managed to get new potential customers and
  projects, such as nectec Automotive (headrest line). BEHR (line for assembly of GM-Delta air-conditioning units) and Arvin Meritor (currently Inteva Products) in the order of a line for the production of Mercedes blinds; we acquired another project for the production of BMW motor frames in the company Benteler; total sales:  84 milions CZK; 55 employees.

2009 

• Successful obtaining of certificate ISO 9001:2008 while being reaudited according to the new norm; participation on trade fair Glassman in Dubai, SAE and on National exhibition of Czech Republic in Mexico City, Mexico; Completed projects in the year 2009: installation of built-up area  frontend Fabia manipulator - ŠKODA AUTO Mladá Boleslav, installation of equipment for roof consistance measuring - GRUPO ANTOLIN SPAIN, rebuilding of air-conditioning assembly lines including camera visualization - DENSO, measuring preparations - BENTELER, umbug device - GRUPO ANTOLIN BOHEMIA; Total revenues: 256 millions CZK, 108 employees.  

2008

• Successful confirmation of certificate ISO 9001:2000 during the monitoring audit in D18; the material unloading was extended for GVB Barevka on new R3 line; the commencement of new internet pages www.sklopan.cz; participation in fair trades Glasstec in Düsseldorf - Germany and Glasstech Asia Vietnam; Completed projects in the year 2008: Installation of new line for glass matting - AGC Teplice, installation of line for glass matting - Voroněž (RUS), reconstruction of lines for air-conditioning assembly - DENSO, production and adjustments of mould - PROSEAT, serial forming machines - IACG, agents for controlling welds - ŠKODA AUTO, controlling agents - GRUPO ANTOLIN SPAIN; Total revenues: 248 milions CZK, 110 employees 

2007

• Commencement of the business activities of VIAMONT and SKLOPAN LIBEREC, a.s. Association production plant Na Zvonku 788 was sold. At the end of 2007, significant changes were performed in company management. A so-called detached workplace was created directly in BENTELER ČR premises in Jablonec n. Nisou. Completed projects: Adjustment of galls frosting line - AGC, inserting frames Nissan - GRUPO ANTOLIN UK, Mercedes - IACG completion line, assembly station for TRW steering wheels, new cooperation with DYTRON s.r.o.

2006

• New Division 21 was established - serial production of the parts for automotive industries, namely in the extended premises of the company SKLOPAN LIBEREC, a.s. A portion of the company SKLOPAN LIBEREC, a.s. was sold to the company SPL Recycling a.s., namely the Recycling Division and the Transport Division. An expansion of the business activities in Russia, Woronesh. Attendance in the Glasstec Fair, Düsseldorf, Germany. 15th anniversary of the company was celebrated. Realized projects: Audi B8 completion line; Audi B8 Coupe inspection station, company IACG s.r.o. in Přeštice Inspection line - GLAVERBEL S.A., Seneffe; Automatic cutting of the mirrors and breaking off corners - Glaverbel Czech a.s., Oloví plant.

2005

• Expansion of the cooperation within the area of the delivery of moulds, with the company "proseat Mladá Boleslav s.r.o.", and within the area of non-standard technologies with the company "Plastic Omnium Auto Exteriors s.r.o." as well as with the company "SUNWA-TECHNOS (EUROPE) GmbH". Major projects: "Cooling conveyor for AGC Automotive Hungary Ltd."; conveyor lines and Poka-Yokefor the company DENSO Manufacturing Czech a.s.";" Automatic equipment for loading of documents for the company Kardex s.r.o."

2004

• Purchase of the 3D measuring station "ALFA DEA" as well as the five-axis CNC milling machine "TOStec GRATA". Starting of the co-operation with the companies "DENSO MANUFACTURING CZECH s.r.o.", "BENTELER BOHEMIA s.r.o.", "PEGUFORM BOHEMIA k. s.". Development of the washing machine for the PLF-size sheets. Major projects are: Matelux - Glaverbel Czech a.s., Micro--wave drying machine for headliners - GRUPO ANTOLIN BOHEMIA, a.s. The company participates in the 18th international exhibition Glasstec 2004 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

2003

• October 20th 2003, the corporate consolidation of companies CZ SKLOPAN LIBEREC a.s., Liberecké sklářské stroje s.r.o., and SPL - SEAL s.r.o. was realized; the company CZ SKLOPAN LIBEREC a.s. became the successor in terms of decision of General meeting dated November 27th 2003, the transformation of the three above mentioned companies was finished, and the successor´s name was changed to SKLOPAN LIBEREC, a.s. with place of business Zahradní 445, 460 01 Liberec 11 certification of the Quality management system, in accordance with standard ISO 9001 : 2000
  
  Moved into new premise and started production. Start of production in the detached workplace in AGC Automotive Czech a.s., Chudeřice. Start of co-operation with the company TRW Volant a.s. as well as with the FEHRER Group sale of the share in the B P R-Bohemia public relation s.r.o.

2002

• SPL - SEAL s.r.o. is purchasing premises of former "Milko", in order to allow expansion of company CZ SKLOPAN LIBEREC a.s. Successful presentation of the company - the fair Glasstec 2002, Düsseldorf, Germany, and GCMM, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The division "Transport" was licensed to carry-out the tap-line transport at Řetenice plant. The line ANA K3 was delivered to the STV-Glass, a.s. in Valašské Meziříčí; a cooperation with the firm GRUPO ANTOLIN BOHEMIA, a.s. was started.

2001

• Within management of company Liberecké sklářské stroje s.r.o. the business shares were fused and the company was assumed by only one partner. Sklopan Inc. was established, having domicile in U.S.A. A 10-years anniversary of company was celebrated. Production and inspection line (PYROBEL) was delivered to the Oloví plant.

2000

• The company SPL - SEAL s.r.o. was established, in order to introduce new U.S. technology for production of double glazing insulating units in Europe. 2nd fair Glasstec 2000, Düsseldorf, Germany. Essential personal changes in Company´s management and Design dept. Together with deliveries for the Glaverbel Group, some projects were realized for other companies (Splinte Belgium, Hero-Glas, Germany, and Fleischle, Germany)

1999

• Participation in the fair interGLASSmetal FENESTRATION world, Atlanta, USA Deliveries of strategic raw materials for Glaverbel Czech a.s. contracted. Partial participation in project of the "cold-end" reconstruction of the decorative glass production line for the Barevka plant, delivery of the glass processing technological equipment for the company JAAN, Koszalin, Poland.

1998

• Other changes within Company´s management; the personal entity SkloPan ceased; the company SkloPan s.r.o. renamed to Liberecké sklářské stroje s.r.o. which establishes the subsidiary CZ SKLOPAN LIBEREC a.s. The company participates in the 15th International trade fair Glasstec 1998 in Düsseldorf, Germany. Cooperation with Sekurit Saint Gobain started. Development and production of machines for interleaving of glass sheets with paper was started.

1997

• Ceremonial start-up of the new recycling line for the flat glass in Chudeřicích. A new division - Transport - was established. Delivery of separate flat glass cutting plant B0 for Glavunio a.s., Řetenice plant.

1996

• The private firm SkloPan transformed into SkloPan s.r.o., enter of one new companion. The company i-glas, s.r.o., is entering (55%) into the firm B P R-Bohemia public relation s.r.o. Investments of CZK 70 million into the recycling line in Chudeřice, and CZK 20 million into the CNC technology for machining of moulds. Realization of the inspection line after the GLASSTECH tempering furnace in Thorax Chudeřice.

• Moving into newly restores premises in area Na Zvonku 788 - Liberec. Special technology purchased for CNC processing of glass - MASTER EDGE. Deliveries of non-standard technologies for Glavunion a.s., MIRRORS Kryry, Glavostav a.s., and Thorax Chudeřice

• The production premises purchased in area Na Zvonku 788 - Liberec. Production of CNC cutting machines, belt grinders and beveling machines

1993

• The firm i-glas, s.r.o. was established, in order to perform glassworks and design of interiors. Other premises obtained in the university student´s hostel (today´s "Zanzibar") The production of automated boring units for Thorax Chudeřice was started.

1992

• Realizing of first non-standard projects for the VÚSU Teplice - workshop in Liberec

1991

• In May 1991 Mr Zbyšek Panchártek established the firm SkloPan, in order to manufacture mechanically driven machines. The offices and development workshops were leased in Vysoká škola strojní a textilní - Liberec, and the development of manual boring machine for flat glass started.
