The finishing line is intended for the assembly of the Škoda SK251 roof panel, also SK253. The roof panel is inserted into the link, in its ND variation, as soon as it is made. Upon inserting the roof panel and both frames, a check is done on the presence of these parts and then the automatic cycle is launched. The finishing line is where the lining of metal frames for front and rear lamps is done. Likewise, ports are cut out in the areas of the sunscreen, and in all grips (the area of the handles). After finishing the lining and cutting out the openings, a measurement of the rigidity of the ceiling is performed in the front part of the roof panel (column A). If all goes well, it proceeds to printing the tags, including the barcode. Likewise, the measured rigidity data is stored in the PC.

A jig used for checking of air-conditioning pipes. H-VAC is positioned into the equipment and subject to mechanical check (alignment) of pipes. Control panel of the system displays measurement results: goood/bad piece. Individual fixing and measuring points are identified by indicating lights.
