Chrastava
The original bonding machine for the VW B6 has been modified to be the type B8 shaping device. As part of the modifications, the shape was changed, and new sunroofs made. These devices serve as prototypes of the device for the production of a test series of a new type of roof panel.

This is a very precise measuring tool for the inspection of steel pressed parts. The fixtures are designed for the measuring of individual parts after pressing and further then also after point welding of all parts of the component. These fixtures are used to check the position and size of the cut openings, the correct positioning of all parts of the component and in the last place, also finish cutting the parts, or the whole component.
