This horizontal washer is designed to wash and dry up to 3210mm wide sheets of plate-glass. It is design is modular which allows us to create custom setups for the specific needs of our customers. The base modules are pre-wash, wash and dry. Extra modules include pre-rinse or glass shard removal. The washer can be made of stainless materials or specifically produced to be chemically resistant. This washer includes its own control system, in order to be easily added to an existing assembly-line.

Pre-wash with upper and lower spray with water from reservoir and 10bar water pump.
