Description:

The equipment of the frontend manipulator serves for the on-line assembly, of the component known as frontend, into the space of a car’s motor. The manipulator is hoisted on independent tracks with the help of a special hoist, with an on-line connection to the assembly suspenders, so that it is possible to mount the frontend with the mm precision into the car. After completing the assembly, the hoist is automatically loosened, and the manipulator can proceed to further assembly. The manipulator comes with a special position, with which it can position the cart with frontends to the mm. The manipulator is set in such a way as to automatically remove the frontend from the cart and prepare for assembly. This manipulator is unique in its sophisticated construction and is able to build up various manufacturing products.
