Description:
The testing stool is equipment for the inspection and mounting of panoramic glass roofs of automobiles into plastic frames. Likewise, the stool is fitted with measuring panels by which the divergence between the curvature of the glass from the specified values is measured. The roof is mechanically fitted on load-bearing and centring features of the stool, the glass is held in the correct position and it leads to the mounting onto the frame of the roof, with the help of a suction system. The result is checked by the moving of the measuring bridge into the set position with the accuracy up to one-hundredth of a mm.gallery:
