Description:

Paint-Flux Machinehas been developed to apply paint flux on flat aluminium plates. Machine is manufactured for several years for serial production. All the steps of the process are automatic. The machine is simple to operate, maintain and service.

All the parts to be paint-flux coated will pass through the following steps:

• Pre heated on loading conveyor by hot air heating system placed inside cabin
• Paint-flux coating on second conveyor (top, bottom, top/bottom)
• Dried on third conveyor by hot air heating system placed inside cabin
• Vision control by camera (optional)
