Description:

SPL RRS Cx CIMAX cutting module is designed for line cutting of laminated glass sheets and it is used only as auxiliary equipment for some of the cutting tables or laying boards.

It is a cutting table with two stationary cutting bridges at oposite sides along which cutting heads run in paralel. The cutting module is, moreover, equipped with a pressure bar and a heater for cut break-off and film removal. Movement of cutting heads is ensured by an electric drive in semiautomatic or manual mode, or manually by a turn knob.

Sheets of glass are handled on an air-cushion. Position of a cut is specified by mechanical measuring equipment. Glass is cut by cutting heads installed oposite each other and cutting is performed in semiautomatic mode. Glass is half-broken manually by a pressure bar. The film is removed thermally by an infra heater or manually.

In spite of being designed for manual operation the cutting table is equipped with up-to-date components of partial automation. It is suitable for both piece and serial production. It enables cutting of complete range of laminated flat glass with film.

The machine is designed as a module system assembled based on client´s wishes, and with a possibility of further extension of its application.
